Beata has a strong track record of successful business development and leadership for over 20 years.

She currently holds a number of positions, CEO of Auslaser Business Solutions - specializing in Business Solutions, Technology, Procurement, Cloud Computing and SAAS solutions to a Blue Chip Client List in Australia and Globally. Beata has been responsible for the company’s strategic direction, growth and development. 

Beata serves as Director of the Australian subsidiary of Ontracktv Canada, specializing in e-learning solutions and technologies. She is also Director of Franklin Collins Technologies - a learning and development company.

Beata commenced her career in the legal sector and very quickly decided that the Business World was a far more exciting place to be. She realized that she could make a real impact and contribution to a sector that she very much enjoys and continually evolves.

She has held a number of board positions and has been Chair to various entities, her involvement at board level spans the Private, Community and Local Government and Nonprofit sectors. Beata currently holds the position of Victorian Chair for The Hunger Project and Chair for Wolf Entertainment.

Her particular strength is that of leadership and bringing people together, inspiring and motivating and coaching them to achieve a common goal through collaborative team efforts. Communication, negotiation and networking, joined with change management and truly understanding the requirements of companies and individuals, are a hallmark.
